ABSTRACT

The Russian–Ukrainian conflict and the resulting economic events are among the most important issues that created an unstable economic environment, which resulted in a change in the formation of the global economic system. The importance of this research lies in its novelty and the treatment of economic issues resulting from the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the existing war, and the impact this war had on various spheres of life and the economies of countries. This study aimed to identify the news processing frameworks used on the websites of the two channels and the personalities and actors in the economic event, using the survey method and the Content Analysis tool applied to the cnbc website-Bloomberg economists using the partial comprehensive inventory method. The United States, Russia, the European Union, and European companies were the most active forces in economic events, whereas analysts, economists, heads of state, central bank managers, and investors were the most prominent actors.
